TheDealStrategypropositionprovidesclientswithinbound/outbound/domesticmerger,acquisition,divestitureandjointventuresupport,focusingonpre,midandpostdealintegrationandseparationplanningandimplementation.Ourservicesincludetargetscreening,commercial/HR/operational/carve-outduediligence,costandsynergyassessments,pre-signingandpre-completionplanningandtransitionsupport,aswellaspost-dealsupport,separation&integrationsupport,PMO(ProjectManagementOffice)supportandportfoliomanagement.Ourprofessionalsworkwithourclientsacrossthetransactionlifecycletohelpensurethatdealobjectivesandvaluetargetsaremetwithminimaldisruptiontotheirbusiness.

Thisroleisakeypartofmid-managementteaminKPMG,whotakespartinenhancingKPMG’sreputationandbrandinthemarketplace.TheindividualwouldfocusonDealStrategysolutionsanddemonstrateeffectivenessinplanningandmanagingclientengagements/projectsofmoderatecomplexity,andtheabilitytoeffectivelymanageteammembersandinternalresources.Thisroleshouldbeabletocriticallyevaluateandexerciseprofessionaljudgmentonclientissues.It’salsoarolemodelforotherteammembers–demonstratingstrongtechnicalknowledge,excellentprojectmanagementability,andgoodpeopledevelopmentskills.

Responsibilities

-Applythedeal-relatedmethodologytothepracticalaspectsofbusinessoperationsandtheclient’smarketsectorthroughouttheengagement/projectprocesstosupportsoundandpracticalrecommendationstoclients

-Conductpre-dealHR,operationalandcarve-outduediligence.,andetc

-Workinanengagement/projectteam,occasionallyalongsideothercountriesacrossAPACandglobally,toleadand/orparticipateinengagements/projectstoassistclientstoexecuteprojecttaskswithinPMOandacrossmultiplefunctions(Finance,HR,IT,etc.)

-ManagemultiplePMOtasks,includingassessingthecompletionofmilestones,identifyingandescalatingrisksandissuesandsummarisinganddevelopingstatusreports

-Developqualityendproducts,suchastrackingtools,client-specificprojecttemplatesandreports

-Leadpreparationofhigh-qualityrecommendationsandprojectplans

-Plan,developandexecuteprojectplans,identifyareasforimprovementandsupportdetailedplanningandexecutionthroughthepost-dealcompletionphase

-ProactivelyidentifylikelyissuesthatcouldimpactprojectsuccessandleverwiderKPMGservicelinesupportasrequired,differentiatingandenhancingourserviceofferingtoclients

-Managebusinessdevelopmentinitiativesthroughwiththecreationanddevelopmentofproposalsandattendprospectiveclientmeetings

-Buildandmaintainstrongandinteractiveclientrelationships.Whenrequired,actasthekeypointofcontacttoclientstakeholders

Experience

-5+yearsofdealrelevantexperiencein:

-StrategyconsultingorTransactionadvisoryorManagementconsultinginabig4/similarfirm,Tier1&2strategyhousespreferred

-M&Arelatedpositionsofaleadingcompany

-DeepunderstandingofDealbasics(typicaltypes,dealprocessandkeymilestones,etc.),knowledgeofspecificsectors(Lifescience,auto,consumermarket,etc.)preferred

-Excellentanalytical,problemsolvingandengagement/projectandtimemanagementskills

-Experiencedinexecutingand/oroverseeingintegrationandseparationactivitiessuchasPMOsupport,Synergyevaluation,OperatingModeldevelopment,Finance/HR/IT/SupplyChainintegrationplanningandexecution,communicationsplanningetc

-StrongcapabilitiesinusingMicrosoftOfficeapplications(includingExcel,PPTandWord)andslidestructuringandwriting

-Proventrackrecordinleadingengagements/projectsorcomponentsofanengagement/project

运营咨询服务部门,专注于解码企业发展和转型战略,优化和提升企业运营管理模式和组织能力,组织敏捷性转型,提升企业绩效。我们提供的服务包括企业和金融机构的运营转型战略规划、银行大运营体系建设,银行运营数字化和智能化运营战略规划、数字化客户旅程体验优化、敏捷性组织转型战略和协助、管理会计提升企业运营绩效管理,企业外包服务策略分析、企业组织架构设计和优化、规划和建立运营共享服务中心(GBS)、财务和人力咨询共享服务中心设计和实施等。

职责

经验和知识

-5年以上工作经验,曾经在管理咨询公司担任咨询顾问/经理/高级经理,或者在银行或其他金融机构中参与过相关的咨询项目的行方项目人员

-理想的项目经验包括银行运营战略规划、大运营体系咨询、智慧运营、银行运营模式和组织架构设计;或者金融机构敏捷性组织转型、运营智能技术规划和设计,客户体验旅程流程设计和优化

-或者具有商业银行相关运营组织架构设计,业务流程分析和再造,运营效能提升和业务流程外包等相关银行运营转型咨询经验

教育和专业认证

-大学学士学位以上,具有工商管理硕士MBA学位优先
