WearelookingforacandidateatmanagerlevelwiththepotentialofrapidcareerdevelopmentwithinourBusinessTransformationTeam.

Responsibilities

-Leadandsupportbusinessdevelopmentactivities,includingopportunityidentification,proposaldevelopmentandresponse,andotherpursuitactivitieswithparticularfocusonBanking/CapitalMarkets,AssetManagement,and/orInsurance

-SupportdeliveryofadvisoryservicestoFinancialServicesclients,primarilywithservicesrelatedtobusinesstransformation,marketentry,compliancemanagementandprojectmanagement

-Develop,define,anddeliveradvisorymethodologiesformanagementconsultingservicestargetedtospecificsegmentswithintheFinancialServicesindustry

-Keepup-to-datewiththelatestregulatoryandmarkettrendintheFinancialServicesindustrybothgloballyandlocallyinChina

-Developandmaintainlong-termclientrelationshipsandnetworks

-Beactivelyinvolvedinbusinessdevelopmentactivitiestohelpidentifyandresearchopportunitiesonnew/existingclients

-Overseeandmentorjunioradvisorystaff;adheretoprofessionalpracticerequirementsandpromotebestpractices

-Managemediumtolargesizedteamdeliveringlargebusinesstransformationprojects

Qualifications

-Minimumoffiveyearsofexperiencewithbusinesstransformation,marketentry,compliancemanagement,and/orprojectmanagement,atleasthalfofwhichshouldbewithintheFinancialServicesIndustry,Big-4orequivalent;managementconsultingexperiencepreferred

-UnderstandingofthelocalChinabankingandsecuritiesregulatoryenvironmentwithafocusonmarketentryandlicenseapplicationisaplus

-Bachelor'sdegreefromanaccreditedcollege/university;PMP,CertifiedBA,and/orScrumMasterCertificationisaplus

-Priorknowledgewithmanagingaconsultingpractice/team.Experienceattracting,developing,andretainingstrongresourcesandbuildingteams

-ExcellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskillsinbothEnglishandMandarin

-Goodproblemsolvingandanalyticalskills

职位描述

Healthcaremanagementconsultingfocusesonaligningstrategy,organisation,operationsandsupportingprocessestohelpourclientstoachievetheirgrowthambitionandotherorganisationalobjectives.Weprovidecustomizedsolutionstoourclientstoassistinmakingthemsuccessfulplayersinhealthcare.

Responsibilities

TheManagerroleprimarilyinvolvesthefollowing:

-Participatingintherapidexpansionofthehealthcaremanagementconsultingpracticebycontributingtothecreationofeffectivebusinessdevelopmentandmarketexpansionstrategiesinrelationtohealthcare

-Buildingandmaintainingimportantclientrelationships,includingmanagingkeyclientinterfacesduringprojectdelivery

-Managinganddeliveringhighqualityprojectsandresultsensuringhighestcustomersatisfaction

-Workingwithseniorteammemberstoleadanddelivermarketandoperationalreviews,strategicstudiesandbusinessplanreviews

-Developingrobusthypothesestofacilitatetheformulationandstructureofsolutionstokeyclientissuesandstrategicquestions

-Conceivingandundertakingprimaryandsecondaryresearchtohelpclientsassesstheopportunitiesandbenefitsfortheirorganisations.

-Designingandexecutingfinancialandoperationalanalysestosupportthedevelopmentofstrategicinsights(includingconsiderationofmarketdevelopment,organisationaloptionsandresponses,capacity/capability-buildingrequirements,etc.)

-Developingbusinesscasesandplansunderpinnedbyrobustfinancialandoperationalanalysisinsupportofstrategicinitiatives

-Workingcollaborativelywithclientstaffandmanagement,oftenworkinginjointteamsinthedevelopmentanddeliveryofrecommendationsandpresentingfindingstoseniorclientmanagement

-Drivingthecontentofdeliverablesandpresentationstoclients

-Supportingthehealthcarepartner/directortogrowhealthcarepracticeinChengdu.Buildinghealthcarecapabilitiesandexecutebusiness,marketingandoperationsplanstodrivebusinessgrowthinhealthcare

-Providinghealthcareinsightstolocalteamsandbeinginvolvedindeliveringbusinessproposalsandconsultingprojects

-Recruitingateamofexperiencedconsultantstomanageprojectsintheareasofhealthcare.Managingandmentoringjuniorstaff

-Managingresourceallocationandoptimizationofresourceutilizationtoensuremaximizedperformanceoftheteam

-Contributingtothoughtleadershipandknowledgemanagementtosupportpracticedevelopment

-WorkingwithinternationalteamsinASPAC&GlobalKPMGtoexecuteGlobalHealthcareinitiativesandrequests

-ManagingalliancerelationshipswithKPMG'skeyalliancepartnersinChina/AsiaPacific

Qualifications

-IdeallythecandidateshouldhaveaMaster/Doctordegreeinmanagementand/orhealthcareoracloselyrelateddiscipline(e.g.MBA,clinicalmedicine,publichealthetc.)

-Fivetoeightyears(ormore)experienceinhealthcaremanagement,healthcarepolicyplanninganddevelopment,managementconsultancyorprofessionalservicesadvisorywithdemonstrableexperienceinoneormoreofthefollowingareas:

-ExperienceofworkinginMinistryofHealth,localHealthBureauoruniversitiesintheareasofpolicydevelopingandimplementation

-Settingupand/oroperationalmanagementofpublicorprivatehospitalsinChina

-Developingperformanceframeworkforhospitalswithkeyoperational,financialandqualitymeasures

-Financialmanagementofservicesincludingbudgeting,forecastinganddeliveringoffinancialtargets

-Deliveryofmedium/largesizeconsultingprojectstohealthcareclientsinoneormoreareasofstrategy,operations,quality,finance,businesstransformation,ITsystemsandprocurement

-Successfullyplanned,gettingstaffpreparedandworkingwithexternalorganizationsandinternaldepartmentstoachieveJCI(orotherrelevant)accreditations

-Preferencewillbegiventocandidateswithin-depthindustrialexperienceand/orappropriatecertification(e.g.projectmanagement)inconsultingfirm

-Thesuccessfulcandidateshouldalsodemonstratestrongcommunicationandpresentationskills(includingPPTskillsandExcel)

-Experienceinmanaginghighimpact,complexandanalyticallychallengingprojectsinhigh-pressure,milestone-basedenvironments

-Anabilitytointerfacewithseniorindustryexecutivesandstrongformalpresentationskills
