TheDealStrategypropositionprovidesclientswithinbound/outbound/domesticmerger,acquisition,divestitureandjointventuresupport,focusingonpre,midandpostdealintegrationandseparationplanningandimplementation.Ourservicesincludetargetscreening,commercial/HR/operational/carve-outduediligence,costandsynergyassessments,pre-signingandpre-completionplanningandtransitionsupport,aswellaspost-dealsupport,separation&integrationsupport,PMO(ProjectManagementOffice)supportandportfoliomanagement.Ourprofessionalsworkwithourclientsacrossthetransactionlifecycletohelpensurethatdealobjectivesandvaluetargetsaremetwithminimaldisruptiontotheirbusiness.

ASummaryoftherole

Thisroleactsasamodelleaderorperson-in-chargeinasmall-scaleengagement/projectfocusingondealstrategy.Theindividualshoulddeliverquality,efficientandprofitableoutcomesbydiligentlycompletinghis/herownwork,andsupervisingtheworkoftheengagement/projectteam.Theyareresponsibleformonitoringtheoverallengagement/project,aswellasmaintainingastrongpositiverelationshipswithmiddletoseniorlevelpersonnelinternallyandexternally.Thisrolealsoidentifiesissuesandopportunitiesintheengagement/projectandcommunicatestomanager/seniormanager.

Responsibilities

-Applythedeal-relatedmethodologytothepracticalaspectsofbusinessoperationsandtheclient’smarketsectorthroughouttheengagement/projectprocesstosupportsoundandpracticalrecommendationstoclients

-Conductpre-dealHR,operationalandcarve-outduediligence.,andetc.,

-Workinanengagement/projectteam,occasionallyalongsideothercountriesacrossAPACandglobally,tosupporttheengagement/projectmanagerinassistingclientstoexecuteprojecttaskswithinPMOandacrossmultiplefunctions(Finance,HR,IT,etc.)

-AssistPMOtasks,includingassessingthecompletionofmilestones,identifyingandescalatingrisksandissues,summarisingstatusreportsandotheradministrationactivities

-Supporttheengagement/projectmanagerincreatingqualityendproductswhichrequirelimitedreview,suchastrackingtools,client-specificprojecttemplatesandreports

-Supporttheengagement/projectmanagertoexecuteprojectplans,identifyareasforimprovementandsupportdetailedplanningandexecutionthroughthepost-dealcompletionphase

-AssistwiththecreationanddevelopmentofclientproposalswithafocusonDealStrategyservices

-Liaiseeffectivelywithclientswhilstworkingonengagements/projectsandactasan‘ambassador’forKPMG

Experience

-2+yearsofdealrelevantexperiencein:

-StrategyconsultingorTransactionadvisoryorManagementconsultinginabig4/similarfirm,Tier1&2strategyhousespreferred

-M&Arelatedpositionsofaleadingcompany

-ExperienceswithHRDD/operational/carve-outDDandintegration&separationareadvantages

-OperationalconsultingexperiencesrelatedtoHR,IT,Finance,SupplyChainareadvantages

-StrongunderstandingofDealbasics(typicaltypes,dealprocessandkeymilestones,etc.)

-StrongcapabilitiesinusingMicrosoftOfficeapplications(includingExcel,PPTandWord)andslidestructuringandwriting

-Strongnumericalcapabilitiesandproblem-solvingskills

-Self-motivated,well-organisedwithapositive“can-do”attitudetowardschallenge

-Enthusiasmtoworkaspartofateambasedacrossmultiplegeographiestomeetchallengingclientdeadlinesinafastpacedenvironment

岗位职责

1、负责到店顾客的安排及接待服务,记录顾客的基础信息和定期的回访工作;

2、邀约顾客到体验中心进行产品体验,对顾客进行产品介绍及健康专业咨询解疑;

3、管理并维护老客户关系的同时不断开发新客户,进行销售产品,协助销售团队完成销售目标;

4、协助店长开展各项体验店活动进行拓客,达到成交目标;

5、管理客户微信群和个人客户微信,定期推送公司公众号健康知识传递;

6、代表公司品牌形象,传播公司品牌信息,搭建良好的企业与顾客之间的桥梁。

岗位要求

1、形象好、气质佳,反应灵敏、口齿伶俐;

2、大专及以上学历,至少有3-5年及以上工作经验,有医学背景,或持有健康管理师证、营养师证、护士证、美容师证、中医理疗师等证优先考虑;

3.熟悉美容保健、医疗器械,化妆品,健康管理等大健康行业,掌握基本医学、美学知识,有较强的营销能力;

4、较强的沟通能力和亲和力,有较强的服务意识和销售能力;

5、善于学习,有上进心,对工作有激情。

上班时间:5天7.5小时。薪资待遇:7K+绩效工资+提成
