·EnsurecompliancewithCISpolicies,procedures,andstrategies.

·Carryoutday-to-daystandardoperationsandprovidesupportservicestothecountryusers.

·Sourcing,procurement,coordinationandmanagementofnewsoftware,hardwareandsuppliesofthecountry.

KeyTask

lResponsibleforclientcommunicationsandquerymanagement

lResponsibletocreate,validateandclassifyclientforCRSPADD

lCompareCRSPADDrelateddatawithCRSPADDdocumentsandescalateifanydiscrepanciesfound

lVerifyingCRSPADDdocumentationsofclientstobeadopted/reviewed

lHandleallcustomerandcontractrelatedprocessregardingrequest,verificationsandmodifications

lManageNewClientAdoptionorPeriodicReviewstream,toensurethatallrequestsareapprovedinaccordancewithregulatoryrequirementsandthebank’sinternalpolicies

lEnsureeffectiveandevendistributionofworkloadondailybasis

lPrepareteammembersforAuditandensureprocessreadinessforAudits(UpdateKOP's)

lHandleonelevelescalation,forprocessrelatedissues

lLiaisewithCRSPADDprogrammeteamtoshareanyrisks/issuesandinvolveinplanningriskmitigations/workarounds.

Requiredexperience/Skills

l0.5to3yearsofrelevantworkexperience(AML/KYC/compliancerelated)withincorporatefinancialservicesindustry,Research/AnalyticsroleinotherBanks/KPOsetc.

lGoodknowledgeofControl,Compliance,Investigation/chasingfunctionsinbanks

lGoodKnowledgeofAML/KYCregulations(FATCA,CRSPADDetc.)
