工作内容：

本地支持

Branchsupport

1、进行日常硬件设备维护工作，软件安装、卸载及问题处理；

2、协助终端用户的技术支持工作；

3、提供电脑及IT设备的支持服务；

4、实时响应及处理终端用户的问题和服务请求；

5、管理各类软硬件及固定资产的维护；

Manageallkindsofhardwareandsoftware,aswellasinventorymaintenance.

6、协助维护服务器、电话语音系统、网络及安全系统或其它IT设备；

Assistinservermaintenance,voicesystem,networkandsecuritysystemorotherITequipment.

7、遵照公司事件管理、问题管理、变更管理和信息安全政策执行信息技术支持服务；

ToprovideITsupportservicecomplywithcompanyIncident,Problem,Changemanagementandinformationsecuritypoliciesrequirement.

8、负责定期对硬件基础设施的晨检、巡检及事故上报；

9、协助数据备份及介质管理；

Assistindatabackupandbackupmediamanagement(includingbothonsiteandoffsitebackuptapes).

10、协助本地IT项目的部署和实施；

11、提供本地应用系统的技术支持，以及银行内部系统的搭建、安装、测试；

Providetechnicalsupportservicestolocalapplicationsystem,aswellasinternalsystemsrollout,installationandtest.

12、与各部门协作各项工作；

Wellcoordinationworkwithvariousdepartmentsinthebank.

13、将问题重新定位到适当的资源；

Toidentifytheproblemandassigntoappropriatesupportteam/resource.

14、信息技术设备的库存管理；

ITequipmentInventorymanagement.

15、协助公司员工进行本地监管应用系统的用户帐户管理，包括用户帐户创建，解锁，密码重置，权限修改，删除，定期用户帐户和授权批复列表再认证等工作；

SupportcompanystaffforuserIDadministrationworkforlocalbankingsystemincludinguserIDcreate,unlock,passwordreset,profilemodification,delete,regularIDandapprovermatrixrecertificationandenquiryservice.

岗位要求：

-供应商服务必须遵守CBRCIT外包风险管理指南；

-英语书面ok,口语能力可以略微放宽

-2年左右的相关银行行业工作经验；具有团队主管经验优先考虑

-对工作具有高度的热情；

-具有独立完成工作的能力；

-具有高度容忍度；

-无重大操作失误；

-熟悉终端用户支持；

-VendorservicemustbeabletocomplywithCBRCIToutsourcingriskmanagementguideline.
