职位描述：

KPMG'sInternalAudit,RiskandComplianceServices(IARCS)practicecontinuestoseedemandfromthemarket,spurredbychangingregulatoryrequirements.IARCSspecialisesinprovidingcorporategovernance,enterpriseriskmanagementandinternalauditstrategicsourcing,tolargemultinationalcompaniesaswellashighprofilelocallylistedcompanies.Itassistsorganisationsmaintaineffectiveandefficientcontrols,inordertomanageorganisationalandstrategicrisks.

Responsibilities

Theroleprimarilyinvolvesthefollowing:

-Executinginternalaudits,internalcontrolreviews,SOXassistanceprojects,riskassessmentsforclientsacrossawiderangeofindustries,independently

-Supportingprojectplanning,scheduling,coordinationandreporting

-Leadandsuperviseateamof2to3professionalstaffandberesponsiblefortheirtraininganddevelopment

Qualifications

-Experienceinmanaginghighimpact,complexandanalyticallychallengingprojectsinhigh-pressureenvironment

-StrongpresentationskillsincludingreportingwritingwithanexcellentcommandofverbalandwrittenEnglishandChinese

-Minimumofthreeyearsexperiencewithinprofessionalservicesfirmpreferablyininternalauditorwithbluechipindustrycompany

-Industryexperienceshouldincludein-depthexposureinatleastoneofthefollowingindustries:manufacturing,telecommunications,realestate,retail,transportation,internetandenergy.Candidateswithdepthinmultipleindustrieswillhaveanadvantage

-Abilitytoconductandfacilitatemanagementmeetingsandworkshops

岗位职责

-独立执行内部审计，内部控制审查，SOX合规服务及涉及各行业的客户风险评估

-协助进行项目规划，调度，内部分工及报告

-领导和监督由2至3名专业人员组成的团队，并负责其培训及发展

岗位要求

-具备在高压环境中管理复杂、影响程度大、具有分析挑战性的项目经验

-拥有良好的演讲技巧，可用良好的中英文进行口头或书面报告

-至少三年的专业服务经验，最好是内部审计或蓝筹企业

-行业经验至少包括以下行业之一：制造业、电信业、房地产建筑、零售业、交通运输业、互联网和能源业；优先考虑具有多个行业深度经验的候选人

-能够组织和促进管理会议和研讨会的顺利开展
