篇2：战略咨询总监岗位职责要求
职位描述：
职位要求：
1、全面负责团队管理工作，承担部门内部制定的业绩指标要求，安排团队内部的年度工作计划，并负责该工作目标的最终完成；
2、负责团队内部与外部资源的协调，包括与公司内部以及与外部客户的各类型协调，确保工作组高效开展工作；
3、负责团队能力提升，包括参与人员的招募、进行培养培训、落实考核评价等；
岗位要求：
1、有至少2-3个成功战略咨询项目操作的案例，能统筹项目全流程操作
2、对行业研究有深厚的基础；形成自己分析问题的逻辑体系；创新咨询工具分析方法；语言表达和文字表达清晰
3、能独立进行项目洽谈，独立进行产品把控；重大项目提报；
4、项目总监要求5年以上咨询工作经验，房地产行业咨询经验尤佳；
学历要求：本科以上学历，专业不限。
