职位描述

团队背景

毕马威的国际研发税务团队在过去的30年间协助了上千家企业完成各国的研发税务相关优惠申请。随着近年来本所在国内的研发税务服务的增长迅速,现在需要聘请有经验的工程/技术人才加入我们广州的研发税务服务的顾问团队。

工作内容

作为研发税务服务的技术顾问,您将会参与我们的技术分析工作。主要的日常活动有:

?结合自身的技术工作经验以及毕马威的行业资讯,分析各领域可能的研发活动机会;

?安排并主导与客户之间的项目访谈,从技术活动的角度协助客户方的工程人员了解税法上研发的定义,并透过访谈了解客户那边的项目工作内容;

?分析项目的访谈记录以及技术文档,建立可用于研发税务优惠申请的技术模型;

?协助管理层优化现有的项目管理模式,达到100%客户案件准备的流程标准化;

?协助客户编辑撰写优惠申请相关的技术文档,以及项目备案后与科技局之间的沟通;

?与团队里的财务顾问共同确保优惠申请的合规性达到最高标准;

?随时跟踪客户所在地的研发税务优惠申请程序以及备案资料要求。

资历要求

?两年以上的电子,生化,软件工程相关行业工作背景(或相关学历,硕士以上优先),并对企业咨询以及客户开发有兴趣者;

?优秀的中、英文听说读写能力;

?擅长与客户之间的交流,懂得如何运用不同的沟通技巧来获取所需的信息;

?临场反应快,学习能力强,可以同时处理来自多方的信息;

?个性开朗,擅长与团队合作,并且有很好的自我时间管理能力;

?熟悉MicrosoftExcel,Word,PowerPoint的使用;

?做事细心,有好的职业道德操守;

?如曾经有参与过研发税务优惠申请(加计扣除,高新企业等)准备工作者将优先考虑。
