-FRM,CFAorequivalentisaplus

-Logicalthinking,clearoralexpressionandgoodwritingskill

-Goodconsultationandcommunicationskills,self-motivation,goodteamplayerandwillingnesstoworkunderpressure

-Mature,proactiveandcommitted
