-Atleast5yearsadvisoryorin-houseexperiencesinFinanceindustry,suchasbanks,securityfirms,insurancecompanies,assetmanagementcompaniesorfin-techcompanies,ideallyinaprofessionalserviceenvironment(preferredbutnotrequired)orFinancialinstitution

-Hasrelevantexperiencesininternalcontrolmanagement,compliancemanagement,operationalriskmanagement,processoptimization,ERMandaudit

-Hascertainexperiencesinprojectmanagement,experienceinleadingprojectimplementationwouldbeanadvantage

-Bachelordegreeorabove,majoringinfinance,mathematics,accountingoreconomicsisaplus

-CertifiedinCPA,CFA,FRMorotherrelevantcertificationswouldbedesirable

-Befamiliarwithriskmanagementandinternalcontrolmethodforfinanceindustry
