1.Conductannualtrainingneedsassessment;considerindividualperformanceplans,businessneedsandtalentdevelopmentneeds,andthendevelopannualtrainingplan.

Qualifications&Requirements(任职资格与要求):

1.BachelorDegreeorabove,majorinHumanResourceManagementorEnglishispreferred.

2.Above3yearsworkexperienceinHR,training,recruitingrelatedexperienceinmultinationalcompaniesispreferred.

3.Excellentinterpersonalskills,communicationskillandpresentationskill,Englishspeakingisrequired.

4.Downtoearth,responsiveandactionoriented.

5.Self-motivatedwithgoodteamspirit.

6.RelevantIATF16949,ISO14001regulationknowledge.
