SeniorAnalystOurclientisaShanghaiandHongKongbasedleaderindigitizationsolutions,ecosystemoperation,strategicadvisory,andmulti-assetclassinvestmentholdinggroup.

Weareseekingtorecruittalentedindividualstoworkcloselywiththefoundingteamtoexecuteitsinvestmentstrategy,expandouroperations,andsupportgrowthhackingregionallyandinternationally.Thisisanexceptionalopportunityforadrivenindividualtojoinaworld-classinvestmentteamofseasonsPE/VCveterans,tobuildahighlydifferentiatedinvestmentandoperationalmodelacrossearly-to-latestages,andtodrivethedevelopmentofcutting-edgeinnovationsandemergingtechnologieswithimpacttotheevolvingdigitalworld.

OurAssociateswillhaveresponsibilitiesinthefollowingareas:

Research:deepdivingindustryresearchacrosssectors,markets,andgeographies;resourcefulandhighlyefficientsecondary(equityresearch)andprimary(marketsurvey)datagathering;quantitativeandqualitativeanalyticswithcoherentsynthesis.

Duediligence:evaluatenewprojectsthroughmarketresearch,expert/industrynetwork,productreviews,commercialdiligence,competitiveanalysis,customer/usermapping,legal/regulatoryreview,financial/valuationanalysis,model/forecasting,technologyassessment,etc.

Execution:participateinallaspectsofadigitalizationprojectincludingideaconceptualization,ecosystemdesign,productdevelopment,technologyroadmap,teambuild-up,mediastrategy,communityincubation,capitalformation,businessdevelopment,corporatepartnership,andallotheraspectsofoperation.

Qualifications:

?Morethan2yearsofrelevantworkexperienceinprivateequity,venturecapital,technologystartups,investmentbanking,consulting,and/orrelatedfields

?Analyticalskillsincludingvaluationanalysis,financialstatementforecasting,investmentreturnmodeling

?Writingskillsincludinginvestmentcommitteememo,portfolioupdate,investorletter,pitchbook,roadshowpresentation,etc.
