Qualifications&Requirements(任职资格与要求):
1.BachelorDegreeorabove,majorinHumanResourceManagementorEnglishispreferred.
2.Above3yearsworkexperienceinHR,training,recruitingrelatedexperienceinmultinationalcompaniesispreferred.
3.Excellentinterpersonalskills,communicationskillandpresentationskill,Englishspeakingisrequired.
4.Downtoearth,responsiveandactionoriented.
5.Self-motivatedwithgoodteamspirit.

TheAdvancedlaunchmanagerwillactastheprogrampurchasingleadandthevoiceofglobalsupplychainmanagementwithintheprogramteam.ThispositionwillberesponsibleformaintainingfinancialownershipfortheentireBillofmaterialsintheAdvancedlaunchPhase,workingcloselywithBeijingbuyersandGlobalCommodityManagerstoensurepartsaresourcedontimewhilemeetingtheprogrambudget,initiatingtheAPQPprocessinconjunctionwiththeSupplierDevelopmentOrganizationandworkensureAPQPdeliverablesarebeingexecutedinaccordancewiththeoverallprogramtimeline,andprovidingsupporttoBeijingplantGSM.
