?Trackkeyinformationpertainingtosuccessionplanning,turnovertrends,andemployeerelations.
?Providesupporttostoreleadersontheinterpretationandconsistentapplicationofadidaspolicies,
programs,initiativesonlaborandemploymentissues/trendsandemployeerelationneedsto
ensuretheyarecreatingandmaintainingapositiveandconsistentemployeerelations
environment.
?Drivedevelopmentthroughregularcatch-up,annualreview,talentandsuccessiondiscussionand
SHINEactivities.
?Provideanearandbeacoachtoemployeestohelpthemnavigatejobissues,career
developmentandanswergeneralquestionsregardingHRprogramsandpolicies.
?Identifyemployeedevelopmentopportunitiesandimplementeducationandtrainingontools.
?Partnerwiththestoremanagementteamtoensureonthefloorteamtrainingsareimplemented
intothebusiness.Provide,coordinate,participateanddelivertrainingonaregularbasis.
?BuildallianceswithBrandCentermanagementandestablishavaluableconsultativeroleatall
levelswithintheBrandCentertoensureHRinitiatives,programs,andpoliciesarefullyunderstood
andimplemented.
Organizeandmaintainallphysicalemployeefilerecordsincludingbutlimitedtoshine
developmentbooklet,leavesupportingdocumentsetc.
?Attendtherecruitmentselectioncentertosupportcandidateinterview.
?Prepareandcreatestandardreportsaswellasupdatepersonnelrecordstoensuresmooth
processesforHRprograms/projects/processes/system.

1、通过分析相关数据,驱动店铺销售,提升店铺的销售业绩
2、成为客户服务模范,带领团队建立及维护良好客户关系,提高客户忠诚度
3、指导、培训团队成员的产品知识、服务及销售技巧;不断激励团队成员实现最佳绩效
