职责描述

-作为咨询经理，独立领导团队和管理项目，从而解决客户的问题，成为客户可信赖的顾问，并被业务合伙人和团队成员视为有能力的领导者

-具备深厚的专业知识，就供应链等相关主题提出富有洞察力的见解

-能较为独立地产出有见解和高质量的客户交付成果，并落实到项目各模块中

职位要求

-在以下相关领域有5年及以上工作经验（包括至少1年以上的带领团队和管理项目的经验）：

-领先战略咨询公司或专业精品咨询公司经验，具有供应链、运营战略，管控或优化的专业知识与项目经验

-主要关注的行业：消费品、汽车，制药和医疗器械等

-善于激励、指导和培养项目团队成员
