KPMG’sFinancialRiskManagement(FRM)grouphelpsclient’smanagementtoidentify,measure,andmonitorfinancialandbusinessrisks,therelationshipsbetweenrisksandreturns,andthecontrolenvironmentoverthemanagementandreportingoftheserisks.IntherapidlyexpandingChinesefinancialmarket,FRMgroupassistsinfinancialinstrumentsvaluation,internalcontrolmeasurement,andregulatorycomplianceassessmenttohelpmanagementleveragetheleadingpracticesinriskcontroltotheirfinancialbenefits.

Responsibilities

-TimelymanagetheteamonexecutionofFRMengagement,inparticularCreditRiskandValuationengagements,toensurequalityserviceisdelivered

-Developandmaintainclientrelationships;maximizebusinessopportunities

-Superviseagrowingspecialistteamandcontributetothecareerdevelopmentofteammembers

-Playakeyroleinbusinessdevelopment

-Overseecreditriskmodellingjunioranalyticalresources,andclientrelatedinquiries

-Maintainup-to-dateknowledgeofcreditriskmanagementpractices,bothlocallyandinternationally

-Developandmaintainproductiveworkingrelationshipswithclientpersonnel

-BuildstronginternalrelationshipswithinAdvisorypracticeandacrossotherservices

Requirements

-Masterandabove,majorinFinancialEngineering/Financialmathematics/Applied

mathematics/Mathematicalstatistics/Financialriskmanagement/Econometricsandotherrelateddiscipline

-Minimum10years’experienceinbanking,professionalfinancialservicesadvisory,orotherriskmanagementdepartmentinfinancialinstitutions(Creditriskmanagementwillbeapriority)

-FRMorCFAisaplus

-KnowledgeandpracticalworkexperiencewithQuantitativeanalysistool,SAS,Matlab,Excel-VBAisaplus

-Haveindepthknowledgeofsomeofthefollowing:

-Exceptionalinterpersonalskillswithademonstratedabilitytogaintheconfidenceandrespectofseniorexecutives

-Strongprojectplanningandorganisingskills,withtheabilitytoworkeffectivelyunderpressuremanagingprojects/deliverables

-Excellentbusinessandtechnicalwritingandpresentationskillswithexperienceindevelopingtrainingmaterials

-ImplementationofSAPModelCompanyorexperienceondesignandImplementationofPre-buildSAPpackagesolutionsisaplus

-Goodcommunicationskill,collaborationandteamingupspirit
