运营咨询服务部门，专注于解码企业发展和转型战略，优化和提升企业运营管理模式和组织能力，组织敏捷性转型，提升企业绩效。

提供的服务包括企业和金融机构的运营转型战略规划、企业运营数字化和智能化战略规划、数字化客户旅程体验优化、敏捷性组织转型战略和协助、管理会计提升企业运营绩效管理，企业外包服务策略分析、企业组织架构设计和优化、规划和建立运营共享服务中心（GBS）、财务和人力咨询共享服务中心设计和实施等。

职位要求

-5年以上工作经验，曾经在管理咨询公司或在金融机构中参与过相关的管理会计咨询项目的项目人员

-理想的项目经验包括金融机构的管理会计（多维度盈利分析框架、成本分摊、资金转移定价、预算管理及财务绩效等）、战略财务管理、智慧财务转型、财务共享服务等咨询工作或管理会计系统实施经验。

-具有财务组织架构设计，业务流程分析和再造等相关经验

-大学学士学位以上，具有工商管理硕士MBA学位优先
