职位描述：

岗位职责：

1、负责公司产品及整体解决方案的培训、讲解及产品演示；

2、分析用户需求，制定产品演示方案以及培训方案，以商务演讲方式配合公司达成销售目标；

3、与客户洽谈、谈判，了解、分析客户需求；定期进行客户回访，负责收集、挖掘客户的需求，并做好统计分析，形成产品推广的改进方案。

4、积极维护、巩固、提升与客户的关系，确保业务正常运作。

岗位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，咨询、培训、同行业类三年以上工作经验者，MBA优先；

2、具备较强的文字撰写能力和较强的沟通协调以及语言表达能力，精通各类公写；

3、熟练电脑操作、ppt及office办公软件；

4、形象气质健康，较强的沟通表达及演讲能力；

5、思维灵活，优秀的临场反应处理能力及沟通谈判能力；；

6、优秀的团队意识，热情大方，踏实诚恳。

7、能在压力下工作，积极主动，具有较高的职业素养和责任心。
