.较强的统计或数学专业背景

·具备15年以上数据分析、统计模型、业务策略的能力或经验

·能够熟练运用SAS、R、Python或ModelBuilder

·拥有银行或金融机构工作经验

·具备个人信贷周期管理的能力，包括但不限于信贷审批，贷后管理，催收和反欺诈等

·具备作为项目经理，独立负责咨询项目的能力，对外与客户高层顺畅沟通，对内可以做好团队管理和建设

·可以接受出差任务（＞=50%）

Responsibilities:

?Beresponsiblefordesigninganddevelopingstate-of-the-art,data-drivenexploratoryanalysistobuildandevaluatepredictiveanddecisionmodelstosolvebusinessproblemsacrossfinancial,telco,insuranceandotherindustries.Endresultsincludethedesign,developmentanddeploymentofstatisticalanddecisionmodels.

?Managetheanalyticcomponentsoftheproject,includingprojectschedules,workflow,anddirectiontotheanalyticteamandensuretheclient'sbusinessobjectivesareincorporatedintotheanalyticplan.

?Communicatekeyanalyticfindingstoclientandareresponsibleforaddressingclient'sanalyticconcerns.

?Conceive,planandconductinvestigationsandexperimentsinunchartedareas,inventnewmethodologiesorapproachestoproblemsandtranslatethemintoimprovementsinFICO'sproductsortoolsandrepresentthecompanyatindustryconferences,promotingthecompanytoaudiencesofclients,regulators,legislators,orthemedia.
