.较强的统计或数学专业背景

·具备15年以上数据分析、统计模型、业务策略的能力或经验

·能够熟练运用SAS、R、Python或ModelBuilder

·拥有银行或金融机构工作经验

·具备个人信贷周期管理的能力,包括但不限于信贷审批,贷后管理,催收和反欺诈等

·具备作为项目经理,独立负责咨询项目的能力,对外与客户高层顺畅沟通,对内可以做好团队管理和建设

·可以接受出差任务(>=50%)

Responsibilities:

?Beresponsiblefordesigninganddevelopingstate-of-the-art,data-drivenexploratoryanalysistobuildandevaluatepredictiveanddecisionmodelstosolvebusinessproblemsacrossfinancial,telco,insuranceandotherindustries.Endresultsincludethedesign,developmentanddeploymentofstatisticalanddecisionmodels.

?Managetheanalyticcomponentsoftheproject,includingprojectschedules,workflow,anddirectiontotheanalyticteamandensuretheclient'sbusinessobjectivesareincorporatedintotheanalyticplan.

?Communicatekeyanalyticfindingstoclientandareresponsibleforaddressingclient'sanalyticconcerns.

篇3:产品总监(肉制品类)岗位职责描述岗位要求

职位描述

岗位职责

1,完成产品线路的管理,了解消费需求

2,负责新产品的加工,包括各类休闲酱卤制品,休闲肠类制品,完成各类产品的质量及上市前的准备工作。全面评估各类产品的质量问题,完善产品质量安全。

3,寻找开发优质的OEM供应商负责衍生猪肉志斌的工艺及配方,对所有原料进行优化。

4,为公司各类休闲肉制品完成上市前的产品调研,制定开发路线,完成产品开发。

5,制订产品研发管理制度、流程和标准,并对供应商的执行情况进行监督和检查。

6,负责组织进行各区域市场产品需求信息的收集,整理分析市场需求,制订研发具体计划及方案。

7,制订新产品和优化老产品工艺及配方标准,审核各供应商新产品和老产品改良工艺标准;

8,对新产品上市推广期进行监控,对已上市产品进行定期跟踪,及时纠偏;

9,根据消费者需求变化及市场发展需要对产品特性适时进行调整;

职位要求

1、本科及以上学历,生物工程、食品科学与工程、营养学等相关专业背景;

2、8年以上相关食品行业开发加工经验,具备丰富的OEM厂商资源;

3、具备优秀的项目管理能力;

4、具有良好的协调沟通能力和团队协作服务意识,能适应出差。

5、逻辑思维和学习能力强、有较好的沟通组织能力。
