FICO中国公司现在岗位职责描述岗位要求数据分析相关的高级顾问及经理若干，工作地点：北京/上海，只要您：
.较强的统计或数学专业背景
·具备数据分析、统计模型、业务策略的能力或经验
·能够熟练运用SAS、R、Python或ModelBuilder
·拥有银行或金融机构工作经验
·具备个人信贷周期管理的能力，包括但不限于信贷审批，贷后管理，催收和反欺诈等
·具备作为项目经理，独立负责咨询项目的能力，对外与客户高层顺畅沟通，对内可以做好团队管理和建设
·可以接受出差任务

Responsibilities
ThisrolebasedinBeijing/ShanghaiwouldspearheadtheAnalyticsscienceacrossChinaRegion.
-Beresponsiblefordesigninganddevelopingstate-of-the-art,data-drivenexploratoryanalysistobuildandevaluatepredictiveanddecisionmodelstosolvebusinessproblemsacrossfinancial,telco,insuranceandotherindustries.Endresultsincludethedesign,developmentanddeploymentofstatisticalanddecisionmodels.
-Managetheanalyticcomponentsoftheproject,includingprojectschedules,workflow,anddirectiontotheanalyticteamandensuretheclient'sbusinessobjectivesareincorporatedintotheanalyticplan.
-Communicatekeyanalyticfindingstoclientandareresponsibleforaddressingclient'sanalyticconcerns.
-Conceive,planandconductinvestigationsandexperimentsinunchartedareas,inventnewmethodologiesorapproachestoproblemsandtranslatethemintoimprovementsinFICO'sproductsortoolsandrepresentthecompanyatindustryconferences,promotingthecompanytoaudiencesofclients,regulators,legislators,orthemedia.
Skills&Experience
-Bachelor’sdegreeorabove,withover6-8years’experienceinSMEbusinessarea
-SpecializedinSMEbankingindustryandriskmanagement
-Expertinanalyticsandmodeling,Baselcompliance
-Strongcommunication,presentationandclientfacingskillsets
-Quickproblem-solvingcapabilities.Leadprojectteamtodeliverprojectsontimewithclient'ssatisfaction.
-Provencapabilitiesinpeoplemanagementandleadership
-Expertinstatisticssoftware,especiallySAS,orothermodeldevelopmenttools,andalsotheMicrosoftOfficeSuiteofproductsincluding,Word,PowerPoint,ExcelandExchange.
-Flexibleinworkingtime
-Abilitytotravelsignificantly(＞50%)

分析咨询顾问岗位职责
分析师/咨询顾问特劳特伙伴公司上海特劳特营销咨询有限公司,特劳特主要职责:
1.参与企业客户的战略定位研究,跟进企业战略执行;
2.在熟知项目流程基础上,独立承担专题研究工作,包括专项资料收集与分析整理,进行企业中层人员访谈,市场调研,策略研究,参与提案撰写与报告提交。须出品项目简报、调研报告和专题分析报告;
3.客户日常联络与沟通,协助企业执行层理解战略定位并指导战略执行,提交客户服务简报并跟进;
4.协助公司其他部门工作,负责简报、客户战略定位研究情况及跟进服务信息,协调其他部门人员与客户相关人员对接。
基本要求:
1.3-5年企业管理、市场、产品、行业研究等相关岗位从业经验,具备定位基础知识尤佳;
