1.负责分管部门的员工队伍建设,提出和审核对下属各部门的人员调配、考核意见
2.领导公司技术开发工作,建立完善的开发流程、标准,并负责监督、协助实施
3.领导组织技术创新规划工作,并负责监督实施
4.负责协调分管部门内部、分管部门之间、分管部门与公司其他部门之间的关系

任职资格:
1.电力电子、自动化、电子信息工程等相关专业,本科及以上学历,5年以上电子产品开发经验,2年
以上管理经验;
2.熟悉常用测试工具,具备丰富的电路测试经验,具有器件失效分析能力;
3.熟悉产品测试流程和规范,掌握常用的产品测试方法和测试手段;
4.具备良好的问题解决能力,有较强的逻辑分析能力和学习能力;较强的责任感及进取精神、工作认
真细致有耐心;
5.有一定的组织协调能力,可组织内部及外部团队开展项目组织实施;
6.深入理解交直流充电桩相关国家标准和行业标准;
年龄:35周岁以下,相关专业本科及以上学历,5年研发相关经验,

1)制定本部门人员的培训计划,并组织安排公司其他相关人员的技术培训;
2)做好工厂技术支持和服务
3)组织产品质量改进计划(包括产品性能改良、原材料替换、降低成本);
4)产品生产工艺的输出和培训。
5)编制产品技术资料(产品说明书、理化数据、物料安全资料、施工指导等);
6)审核原料、成品的储存及使用注意事项;
