TheR&DManageractivelyparticipateswiththeRegionalLeadershipteaminaligningR&Dactivitiestoachieveregionalbusinessgoals.AlignswiththeglobalIndustrialstrategy,setsprioritiesasagreedwiththeregionalmarketingleaderanddeploystechnologyresourcestoachievebusinessgoals.Inaddition,theR&DManagerworkscloselywiththeglobaltechnologyorganizationtoensurerobustcommunicationandcollaboration.Inaddition,theR&DManageristheowneroftheregionalNPI/QTMportfolioandisresponsibleforthedeliveryoftheregionalNPIsalesrevenue.

化工类--研发技术经理(安徽)亚士漆(上海)有限公司亚士漆(上海)有限公司,亚士漆1.技术管理

1)制定本部门人员的培训计划,并组织安排公司其他相关人员的技术培训;

2)做好工厂技术支持和服务

3)组织产品质量改进计划(包括产品性能改良、原材料替换、降低成本);

4)产品生产工艺的输出和培训。

5)编制产品技术资料(产品说明书、理化数据、物料安全资料、施工指导等);

6)审核原料、成品的储存及使用注意事项;

7)配合相关部门进行产品备案登记;

8)配合工艺部解决生产中的异常技术问题;

9)为工艺部制定待处理产品的技术方案;

10)协助处理部门产品的客户投诉;

11)协助处理部门产品的市场抽检;

12)承担重点项目的回访和对外的技术交流工作;

13)组织产品的技术培训;

任职资格:

1.大学本科以上学历

2.高分子材料与工程、化工、无机非金属材料等专业

3.5年以上相关工作经验,其中3年以上技术管理经验

4.熟悉涂料、成品板、保温材料的生产工艺和流程

5.创新和学习能力,沟通和协调能力,对流程的执行力
