1)制定本部门人员的培训计划,并组织安排公司其他相关人员的技术培训;
2)做好工厂技术支持和服务
3)组织产品质量改进计划(包括产品性能改良、原材料替换、降低成本);
4)产品生产工艺的输出和培训。
