职责描述:
协助项目经理,完善国家重点实验室管理体系建设,合理分配和利用国家重点实验室内各项资源,完成科技部下达的各项任务,完成国家重点实验室相关课题项目管理和实验室其他工作,保证国家重点实验室各项工作的正常运转。
任职要求:
1、硕士以上学历,中药学、中药药理、中药分析或天然药物化学等中药相关专业;
2、1年以上研发管理经验,具备良好的项目管理技能;
3、具有良好的分析和解决问题能力、创新能力、团队合作精神。

JobResponsibilities
?Initiateandcompletecustomaryprocedures,casesubmissionsandprojectsinanefficientmannerwithsupervision;Operateandisresponsibleforlabequipment.
?Labtestingrolesincludingsamplereceiving,storage,testingandinformationentryintoLIMS.
?Demonstratetechnicalabilitytoassistintheexecutionofnon-routineexperimentsandprocedureswithsupervision.
?Demonstratetheabilitytocorrectlyanalyzeandinterpretoutcomeofexperiments.
?Complywithapplicableregulations,performingallworkinasafemanner;maintainsproperrecordsinaccordancewithSOPsandpolicies.
?Maintainsafeandcleanworkingenvironmentbycomplyingwithprocedures,rules,andregulations.
Qualifications
