HR信息主管岗位职责

职责描述:

1、负责HR现有系统运营、日常维护、管理工作;

2、负责解答各部门用户关于系统使用的问题,负责HR信息系统测试、培训等日常运营支持;

3、负责系统、产品相关故障、疑难问题排查处理,编制问题汇总,定期提交报告;

4、推动人力资源管理和流程优化,设计并实施业务优化和信息化方案,实现效率提升;

5、负责内部运维管理体系、流程与文档的建立、维护、更新与执行。

任职要求:

1、本科及以上学历,信息管理、计算机、人力资源相关专业;

2、3年以上系统运维经验,HR相关系统运维经验尤佳,有peoplesoft、HCM系统运维经验优先;

3、熟悉人力资源管理主要模块工作流程;

4、责任心强,有团队合作意识。

EHR主管岗位职责

职责描述:

1、参与集团人力资源信息化平台的建设、完善与维护;

2、与公司信息部、EHR外部供应/实施商等组成项目组,确保EHR系统开发进度与质量;

3、业务调研:组织调研问卷,挖掘并诊断EHR系统及各功能模块的需求;

4、业务梳理:结合业务调研进行差异分析,梳理流程,编写方案;

5、系统开发:协助信息部、EHR供应/实施商进行系统开发、测试等工作;

6、推广培训:结合系统上线,汇同信息部、EHR供应/实施商编制EHR使用和培训推广教材;

7、系统运营:负责EHR系统的日常运营工作,评估EHR系统的匹配性,持续优化与改善EHR系统;

8、项目管理:EHR项目实施期间的计划、管理与推进等工作。

任职要求:

1、技能经验:

1)熟悉人力资源工作流程及模式,三年以上集团型企业EHR项目实施经验;

2)有人力资源信息系统咨询经验者或第三方信息系统公司经验者优先;

3)熟悉PS、SAP、用友NC、东软慧鼎等任一款行业知名EHR系统者优先;

2、能力素质:

1)清晰的逻辑思维能力,沟通表达能力;

2)良好的沟通表达能力,项目管理、协调推进能力;

3)较强的抗压能力、责任心、事业心,具有团队精神和敬业精神;

3、其他方面:能接受工作出差。

主要职责:

本岗位归属于集团HRDept.,职能方向为集团知识管理(或文案企划或集团培训)。

1,起点为公司网站、微信公众号等网路呈现所需的,以及企划职能范畴的其他文案梳理、编辑、中英文转化,形成中英文双语文案集。

2,文案素材来源包括既有资料、随需采编、开发创作、编辑整合、摄录征集等,也即,岗位日常工作将包含征集、采编等相应的事项。

3,文案集作为长期持续的积累工作,在此基础上,以企业知识管理的思维,并行建立企业词典中英文对照版,同样需要持续增补积累。

4,进一步拓展和丰富日常工作,协同上级安排,系统构建公司知识管理体系,延伸至企业文化与员工应知应会,衔接至集团培训体系。

5,考虑尝试企业内刊/内讯/小e课堂等,以及涉及英文语言方面的其他事务,比如制度和流程的英文版,或临时其他文件的语言转化。
