职责描述:
1.负责商业银行运营转型咨询服务,商业银行运营流程体系梳理方案设计;
2.负责或带领团队进行商业银行具体流程的分析和优化;;
3.负责或带领团队进行商业银行运营集中管理和运营转型方案设计及实施;
4.负责或带领团队进行商业银行运营管理系统需求分析。
5.或涉足银行等金融行业等不同领域,具有相关财务管理咨询相关经验,企业财务规划、财务职能优化、财务组织架构调整财务管理制度与流程优化等企业财务管理全流程方案设计
任职要求:
1、对金融业有较深入的理解和把握,在银行相关业务方面具备较强的理论功底;
2、具有银行工作经验优先,从事过地级市以上分行银行财务运营或信贷业务相关工作者优先;
3、能够独立或带领团队开展现场指导、培训或报告起草工作;
4、具备较好的协调能力和沟通技巧,善于凝聚团队力量;
5、较强的逻辑思维能力,良好的文字综合能力和口头表达能力;
6、外貌端正,为人正直,善于合作,热爱咨询行业,有强烈的进取心;
7、适应高节奏的工作,能够承担压力,能够长期出差。
