SMT线长岗位职责

岗位职责

1、负责组装/测试等生产流水线管理工作,包括车间的作业管理、人员管理与安全管理等。

2、按照生产计划组织各项生产活动,跟踪生产进度、协调异常处理等。

3、负责工单结案管理、WIP管理、7S等车间基础管理工作。

4、负责生产车间人员作业技能培训与作业绩效考核。

5、在生产过程中发现工艺文件、或产品设计不合理之处,能及时总结和汇报。

6、上司其它临时工作安排。

任职要求

1、机电一体化、机械设计、电子等相关专业毕业,大专及以上优先。

2、具有SMT/组装/测试等生产线管理经验,电子产品整机装配经验者优先。

3、熟悉电子产品整机装配、测试、老化与包装等工产工艺流程。

4、具有IE、LeanProduction等基础,了解PDCA、QCC、六西格玛等管理工具。

5、敬业、认真,责任心强,有较强的沟通和协调能力;

SMT工艺员岗位职责

工作职责:

工艺工程师:1.熟练掌握印刷机、SPI、AOI、贴片机(松下NPM系列)等设备的程序编程及优化。2.能够制作炉温测试样板并对回流焊、波峰焊工艺参数的调试。3.SMT、波峰焊等工艺作业文件编制。4.产线工艺异常分析解决。

工艺员:1.SMT产线包括印刷机、贴片机、回流焊、AOI等设备的工艺异常处理。2.能够熟练测试炉温曲线。3.协助产线人员进行SMT产线换线。

任职资格:

大专以上学历,1年以上SMT行业工作经验。
