IPQC组长岗位职责

IPQC组长深圳市长龙铁路电子工程有限公司深圳市长龙铁路电子工程有限公司1、在品质管理部OQC质检工程师的领导下开展日常抽检工作;保质保量完成公司下达的产品抽检任务。

2、严格按照产品技术文件、建议标准和IPQC巡检规范,对公司来料、半成品、预制件、包装等工序进行质量抽检,做出质量判断。

3、做好质量抽检记录,出具报告,报品质管理部,并对有关问题监督实施,提出纠正预防措施,推行质量改进的建议,组织并主导每周IPQC质量会议。

4、按要求进行首件确认,并出具首件检验报告。

5、IPQC日报表的收集与整理,月报表数据的提供。

1、中专以上学历,电子、机械专业,有2年以上同岗位工作经验;

2、良好的沟通协调能及产品检验基本技能;

4、了解ISO9000或ISO13485等质量体系;5、动手能力强,学习能力强;

职责:

1、负责按照标准要求及步骤执行开线前稽查、巡回检验工作。

2、将稽查、检验时发现的问题和异常反馈生产线、工程等责任部门。

3、各类制程变更的追踪。

4、追踪验证改善方案,准确、及时填写检验记录。5、产品检验过程中改善方案的建议与执行。
