TherolewillhaveadualreportinglinetotheAPGeneralManagerbasedinJapanandtheBusinessAssuranceManagerbasedintheUK.TherolewillbebasedinSuzhouwithresponsibilitiesacrosstheAsiaPacificregion;China,India,KoreaandJapan.TheInternalAudit&ComplianceManagerwillberesponsibleformanagingcomplianceissuesacrossthebusinessandassessingpotentialrisks;ensuringthattheinternalcontrolsaresufficientandappropriate;ensuringthatthecompanyisalwayscompliantwithitslegalandGroupobligations.
