职位描述：

Sr.SQE资深供应商质量工程师

Jobsummary工作概要:

通过专业的质量管理方法，负责推动供应商产品质量的持续改善，帮助供应商提高和满足客户的质量要求。

Responsibleforcontinuousimprovementofsupplier'sproductqualitythroughprofessionalqualitymanagement,helpsuppliertoimproveandmeetcustomer'squalityrequirements.

Responsibilities工作内容：

1.帮助供应商的全面提升，通过全过程监督控制生产过程和推进工艺改进，降低过程质量损失，提高出货质量。

Assistsupplierinoverallimprovement,controlproductionprocessandpromoteprocessimprovementthroughwholesupervision,reduceprocessqualitylossandimproveshipmentquality.

2.负责新产品的APQP质量开发计划及监控的全过程。

ResponsibleforthewholeprocessofAPQPqualitydevelopmentplanandmonitoringofnewproducts.

3.实施公司内部或客户委托的供应商审核，针对在审核中发现的不符合项进行跟进，并验证整改效果。

Conductinternalorcustomer-commissionedsupplieraudit,followupthenon-conformancefoundintheaudit,andverifytherectificationeffect.

4.确保公司的产品和服务符合顾客的质量要求，包括组织质量目标的设立和达成，纠正和预防措施的制定及贯彻，质量的持续改进；

Ensurethatthecompany'sproductsandservicesmeetthequalityrequirementsofcustomers,includingtheestablishmentandachievementofqualityobjectives,theformulationandimplementationofcorrectiveandpreventivemeasures,andtheCIPplan;

5.依照产品标准及相关的顾客要求，编制产品检验作业指导书，控制计划，流程图等质量文件。

6.处理客户投诉并跟进解决。

7.负责质量管理方法和?量指标，组织公司范围内的各种质量持续改进活动；

8.执行质量检验标准，参与各类产品的现场检验和测量工作。

9.完成上级领导安排的其他任务。

Qualifications工作职责与职位要求要求：

1.大专及以上学历；机械工程专业、机电一体化等专业优先考虑；

Collegedegreeorabove;majorinMechanicalEngineering,Mechatronicsispreferred;

2.5年以上SQE的工作经验，3年以上汽车行业经验的候选人优先考虑；

Morethan5y*arsworkingexperienceinSQE,candidateswithmoreth*n3years’experienceinautomobileindustryarepreferred;

3.精通机加、铸造、锻造、焊接、冲压、钣金及表面处理等的制程工艺，同时熟悉塑料及橡胶成型工艺候选人优先考虑。

Proficientinmachining,casting,forging,welding,stamping,sheetmetalandsurfacetreatment,andfamiliarwithplasticandrubberformingprocessarepreferred.

4.熟悉ISO9001，IATF16949质量体系，有独立开展质量体系、过程和产品审核经验。

FamiliarwithISO9001andIATF16949qualitysystem,andh*veindependentexperienceinqualitysystem,processandproductaudit.

5.具备质量管理相关知识（如5大工具，QC七大手法等）；能运用各种质量管理工具分析并解决问题。

Haverelevantknowledgeofqualitymanagement(suchasfivemajortools,sevenQCtechniquesandetc.,)canusevariousqualitymanagementtoolstoanalyzeandsolveproblems.

6.具有优秀的组织协调能力，良好的项目管理技巧，沟通技能及解决问?*?能力。

7.深悉机加图纸（GD&T）及装配图纸,熟悉各种量具及检具的使用。

8.英语听说读写熟练且擅长撰写英文的书面报告

篇3：高级客户质量工程师CQE工作职责与职位要求

职位描述：

工作职责：

1.负责代表公司处理客户的各种质量相关诉求，处理质量问题并按要求提交相应的报告；

2.协调内部资源，组织对客户反馈的问题的处理，直到关闭；

3.研究客户及行业的质量要求、规范和动态，向内部传递，寻找并实施改进；

4.沟通本公司及各车载行业相关方的质量部门，建立顺畅的交流渠道；

5.负责统计各相关方的问题，维护和更新经验教训体系。

6.负责处理已形成销售关系的客户的请求。

7.负责参与产品审核及可靠性测试

8.完成主管交付的其他任务

岗位要求：

1.电子工程，通信，计算机，自动化，控制工程、质量等专业本科及以上学历

2.5年及以上质量工作经验，售后质量问题分析、问题处理经验丰富；

3.熟悉IATF16949及SPC、FMEA、APQP、QFD等工具；

4.了解汽车行业电子元器件的要求、生产过程要求（包括：PCBA质量标准、PCB及SMT工艺标准、芯片封装和测试等）。

5.较强的沟通、协调能力、抗压能力（很重要），良好的人际关系。
