Jobsummary工作概要:
通过专业的质量管理方法，负责推动供应商产品质量的持续改善，帮助供应商提高和满足客户的质量要求。
Responsibleforcontinuousimprovementofsupplier'sproductqualitythroughprofessionalqualitymanagement,helpsuppliertoimproveandmeetcustomer'squalityrequirements.
Responsibilities工作内容：
1.帮助供应商的全面提升，通过全过程监督控制生产过程和推进工艺改进，降低过程质量损失，提高出货质量。
Assistsupplierinoverallimprovement,controlproductionprocessandpromoteprocessimprovementthroughwholesupervision,reduceprocessqualitylossandimproveshipmentquality.
2.负责新产品的APQP质量开发计划及监控的全过程。

3.实施公司内部或客户委托的供应商审核，针对在审核中发现的不符合项进行跟进，并验证整改效果。

4.确保公司的产品和服务符合顾客的质量要求，包括组织质量目标的设立和达成，纠正和预防措施的制定及贯彻，质量的持续改进；

5.依照产品标准及相关的顾客要求，编制产品检验作业指导书，控制计划，流程图等质量文件。

6.处理客户投诉并跟进解决。

8.执行质量检验标准，参与各类产品的现场检验和测量工作。

Qualifications工作职责与职位要求要求：
1.大专及以上学历；机械工程专业、机电一体化等专业优先考虑；
Collegedegreeorabove;majorinMechanicalEngineering,Mechatronicsispreferred;
2.5年以上SQE的工作经验，3年以上汽车行业经验的候选人优先考虑；
Morethan5y*arsworkingexperienceinSQE,candidateswithmoreth*n3years’experienceinautomobileindustryarepreferred;
3.精通机加、铸造、锻造、焊接、冲压、钣金及表面处理等的制程工艺，同时熟悉塑料及橡胶成型工艺候选人优先考虑。
Proficientinmachining,casting,forging,welding,stamping,sheetmetalandsurfacetreatment,andfamiliarwithplasticandrubberformingprocessarepreferred.
4.熟悉ISO9001，IATF16949质量体系，有独立开展质量体系、过程和产品审核经验。

5.具备质量管理相关知识（如5大工具，QC七大手法等）；能运用各种质量管理工具分析并解决问题。

Know-HowRequirements
职位要求
1)本科以上学历；机械，电子，汽车等相关专业；

2)三年以上工作经验，能熟练应用各种质量工具（QC七大手法，SPC，8D,FMEA等）;
Above3yearsworkingexperienceandfamiliarwithqualitytoolssuchasSPC,8DandFMEA.
3)两年以上汽车行业的供应商管理经验；
Above2yearssuppliermanagementexperienceinAutoIndustry.
4)了解ISO9000质量体系，熟悉TS16949优先考虑；

维护和实施来料检验活动：
A)根据定义的流程和要求实施来料检验
B)跟踪来料检验过程中的问题，及时处理可疑品
C)收集来料检验的绩效,通知供应商做出改善
3.Workwithsupplierforqualityissueanalysis,RMA#anddefectivepartsdisposition
与供应商一起分析质量问题，获得RMA#并处置不合格品
4.FormulateandperfecttheplantQualitypolicyandprocedures,andensurethemtocomplywithpolicyandstrategiesofthecorporate.
制订、完善质量政策和程序，使之与公司总部的策略相一致。
5.PerformanalysisthepartofrejectsinCMF;assistQMindevelopingandmaintainingAAM’sQualityObjective”5Zeros”.
实施不合格品分析；协助质量经理建立并维护公司的质量目标
6.Toprovidetechnicalandconceptualtrainingtothosewhoneedthemonareasofproductquality,qualitycompliance,TS16949concepts,statisticaltools,aswellasotherwellknownproductivitytools.
提供技术和概念性的培训对那些需要获得产品质量，质量一致性，TS16949概念，统计方法和其他的
运作工具。
7.Coachandtraininspectortoperformmanagementintheirownpositions.
指导并培训质量检验员做好本岗位内部的工作。
8.CollectandMaintainsupplierdailyperformance,analysisandachieveimprovement
收集原始数据维护供应商日常质量绩效，进行分析并推动改善。
