Responsibilities:
Handleallclients/prospectsenteringthestoreforwhateverreason(browsing,purchase,after-sales,complaints)grantinganextraordinaryserviceandneverletthecustomerleavewithabadimpression.
Handlesalesprocessasperdeliverystandards(fromWelcometoPackaging)ensuringtherightapplicationofsellingtechniquestodeliverauniqueshoppingexperience.
BethekeycontributortothestoreandserviceKPIsachievement.
Seekandcreateopportunitiestobuildaloyalclientele,enrichCRMdatabasewithclientsgrantingKeyCRMrelevantdatacollection.
PerformallCRM1to1activitiesasperStoreManagerindicationsincludingCRMAFSS(ex.Followuponwatchmaintenance).
Applyallsalesrelatedproceduresandguidelines(discounts,security,fiscal,legal,etc.).
EnsurethatallfrontareaoftheshoparecleanandproductsaredisplayedasperVMguidelines.
PerformallAfterSalesservicefrontofficeactivitiesdirectlyrelatedtofinalcustomers(takinginchargeitemstorepairbroughtbackbycustomers,performingabriefinterviewandenteringdatainSAP),actingasproactivepointofreference(forestimateapproval,lead-timeupdate,returnandinvoicingoftherepairedproduct.etc.)andassuringthatthecustomersatisfactionisconstantlypursuedandrestored.
Participatetoonline,inclassandtechnicaltrainingsinordertodevelopknowledgeondifferenttopics(collections,sellingtechniques,brandandinspirationstories,security,systems…).
Achievetheexpertiseonretailoperationoroneproductline,andsharetootherstaff.
CoachotherstafftoachievestoreKPIs.
Requirements:
Education:Highschool/secondarytechnicalschooleducationorabove
Language:GoodcommandofEnglishinbothwrittenandspokenispreferred
Professionalexperience&knowhow:
