MAINRESPONSIBILITIES:
主要职责：
Productmanagement:suitingcollectionstocustomer'stastes,makingorders,returns,ranges,invoicecontrol(incidents)anddealingwithcomplaints.Alsoresponsibleforfittingalarms,fittinggarmentsonhangers,folding,stacking,replacing,attendingtoalterationsandorders,andcarryingouttheinventoryforthesection.
产品管理：根据顾客的偏好调整商品的系列和种类、商品陈列顺序和区域管理、商品折叠管理、商品返仓管理、商品防盗管理、商品库房陈列管理、商品转移管理以及协助销售数据管理等。
Image:settingupandcoordinatinggarments;controllingtheimageofthesection.Personnelmanagement:helpingthemanagerinselectingstafftoworkinthesection;evaluatingandcommunicatingimpressionswiththemanager;trainingandmotivatingthestaffintheirsection;helpingthemanagerorganizetimetables,holidays,salesperiodsandbankholidays.
形象管理：商品陈列；分管区域员工形象管理；协助经理为员工安排工作；培训并激励分管区域的员工；协助经理进行团队工作时间/休假安排。
StaffManagement:Organizingsectionpersonnel,assigningduties,training,motivation,followup,holidays,breaks,rota,andalldocumentsrelated(forincomingandoutgoingstaff),conflictsolving。
员工管理：组织分管部门的员工，对团队工作进行安排，培训员工，激励员工，管理员工休假，管理入职/离职员工的相关资料，解决员工关系问题。
Budgetcontrol:Handleallsectionresourcesinanefficientway,reachingthehighestsalesobjectiveswiththelowestcost(hours,electricity,materials(bags,paper,stationery,hangers,furniture,TGT,Cassio,wastage,robbery,tills,securityprocedure...).
预算控制：有效控制分管部门总体预算，以最低的成本（工时，电力，店铺办公用品，家具，TGT系统，安防设备等）达到最高的销售目标。
REQUIREMENT:
