1.负责公司施工质量技术的管理工作（QAQC），推进质量部的业务展开；
2、制定与完善公司质量体系文件以及施工程序规范文件；

4、负责各在建项目的质量管理与跟踪，把握各项目的工程质量动态；

职位要求：
1.工科类相关专业大学本科以上学历；
2、有5年以上机电工程行业质量体系建设与管理经验；
3、熟练操作OFFICE办公软件，具有一定的英语读写能力；
4、具有良好的沟通、协调能力，勤奋踏实，逻辑思维能强，具有极强敬业精神；
5、身体健康无疾病者。

职位描述：
岗位职责：
实现过程质量和产品质量的主导方，依据产品开发流程检查项目过程和交付件是否符合规范，
确保产品开发按照公司既定的流程进行，统筹协调各功能领域的质量保证活动，最终实现产品质量目标。
1、组织并推进KPDS开发流程中的模版建设，配合项目经理对项目的流程进行适当裁剪；
2、组织并监督评审，确保评审按规定的操作流程进行；
3、监控流程执行过程中的质量活动(如变更等)，对过程活动和交付件进行审核并推动；
4、汇总并分析项目问题，跟进改善措施及效果验证；
5、统筹协调研发期间各功能领域的质量保证活动，定期提交研发质量报告(相关质量数据：流程符合性，交付件，问题等等)；
6、作为与质量部的对接窗口人，配合质量部应对客户的审核，并对其相关问题解决跟进；
7、对项目组进行流程，质量方面的培训；
8、负责识别产品质量需求，制定产品的质量目标和保证计划（根据质量部的总目标细化至研发各部门）。
职位要求：
1、全日制本科及以上学历，机械、电子、工程管理类专业，有同岗位2年以上工作经验；
2、良好的表达能力，沟通与协调能力；；
3、较强的逻辑能力和处理异常的能力；
4、掌握Excel等办公软件；
5、电子产品行业，有汽车电子、新能源质量管理，项目管理等优先考虑。
