Rejectsdeliverableincaseofmajornon-conformity,pushestheprojecttotheprojectsteeringcommitteeandultimatelycanstoptheprojectincaseofhighriskidentified.

Definesandsupportstheestablishmentofprojectqualityfileaccordingtointernalandexternalrequirements
Maintainspermanentanddirectcontactwithcustomerandsuppliersqualityrepresentatives
Carriesoutnecessaryauditsonproject
Proposes,definesandmonitorsqualityroadmaptomeetqualitytargets
CoordinatesallnecessaryPPAPrelatedactivities
Coordinatesand/orperformsinternal/externalpre-productionprocessaudits

-参与质量文件的创建（控制计划，检验规范…）
-参与零件历史记录的创建和维护（直到SOP）
-与客户工程师一起协调PPM协议
-参与项目的FMEA
-参与初始样件的维护和给客户提交初始样件
-处理客户0公里和售后的项目阶段的投诉
-参与PPAP的提交
量产阶段
-关于所有0公里和售后投诉的客户沟通
-收集和分析售后返回零件
-处理客户投诉并与内部及时协调解决投诉问题
-对于客户质量投诉创建和完成8D报告，并按照客户要求提交给客户
-收集客户投诉的经验教训
-向客户提交投诉情况的KPI（0公里和售后）
-创建和维护质量相关文件(检验规范，质量警示卡，控制计划和零件历史记录…)
-与生产人员进行沟通并协助解决质量问题
-完成公司指派的其它任务
2专业要求：
-工科专业，本科学历
-5年或以上汽车行业质量工作经验
-汽车行业客户质量标准（IATF16949)
