工作内容

*ParticipationinITorBusinessdrivenprojectsasateammemberorprojectmanager

*Executeinformationanalysistoimproveprocessesortoproposesolutionsforcurrentproblems

*InitiateprocessimprovementprojectbyanalysingandidentifyingintheuseofITapplications.

*Implementprocessimprovementsinthecompany'sorganisationprimarilybasedon(standard)ITapplications/toolsimprovementscanbealsobasedonnewprocedures.SeekalignmentwithBusinessProcessOwners.

*Issue,judgeandimplementchangerequestforcurrentITapplications.

*PlanandcoordinatetestsofnewreleasesofITapplicationstosecureuninterruptedoperationsofthesystems

*Executecontrolofbusinessblueprintandbusinessprocessesbyreviewsinalldepartmentsallovertheworld.

*Proposenewcompany'sstandardsandimprovements.Participatesinimprovementsprojects.

*Securemaintenanceofup-to-dategenerictrainingmaterial,processdocumentation,processdescriptionsandproceduresofITapplicationsvisEDMS.

*Steer,educate,trainandevaluatekeyusers.Organisekeyusermeetingsintheorganisationalunitofthehomebaseonrequest/behalfoftheITdirector

*SecureITsecurityaspectsofITapplications

*IssueimprovementsofDSPstandardsITapplicationstotherelevant(DSP)departments

*SecuremaintenanceandsupportoftherelevantDSPITapplicationsinlinewithcGMP

*ComplywithcGMPasmeantbyICHQ7andwhereappropriateGAMP5asdefinedinthecompany'spoliciesandISOPs.EnsureembeddingofvalidationinthetotalDSPITapproach,thinkingandacting.

*ComplytothecompanySHE&QandSecurityRegulations,signalunsafesituations,(near)incidents,environmental,qualityandsecurityrisks,stopproceedingswhenseriousviolationsoftheregulationsoccurandreportthese.Addressothertocomplywiththeregulationtopreventunsafebehaviour.
