1、负责整合公司出行、零售、教育等领域业务，通过线上与线下融合，开展研究分析并协助（或独立）完成研究报告，包含调研、沟通、协调，制定战略规划、组织管控、流程管理、企业管理等咨询模块的咨询成果；

2、针对创新领域融合，协助诊断并出具解决方案，组织和协调外部资源，解决企业核心竞争力提升、业务多元化发展方向、业务流程优化或再造，增加与关联企业的粘度和管理效率，促进新业务开拓和落地执行；

3、协助分析监控公司战略及经营计划执行情况，及时发现问题，并提出改进建议；

4、跟进调研平台型商业行业动态，分析现有项目，并提出业态优化建议；

理想的求职者

1、本科及以上学历，海外留学背景尤佳，企业管理（如人力资源管理、战略管理、营销管理等）、管理科学与工程、行政管理、经济学等相关专业优先；

2、5年以上房地产及相关行业的专业研究经验，有房地产市场研究、分析、策划、顾问工作经验者优先；

3、具备相应熟悉房地产调研、商业资源和专业信息等相关知识；

4、具备战略报告的撰写经验，熟悉房地产、新零售市场及相关政策；

5、具备较强的分析与解决问题的能力、表达与沟通协作的能力、逻辑思维能力、良好的文字功底以及学习能力等；

6、具备良好职业操守和团队协作精神。
