粉末冶金岗位职责

岗位职责:

1、参与超硬材料项目的研发工作;

1、粉末造粒及成型工艺研究,参数合理性分析及优化;

2、烧结工艺研究及优化;

3、生产过程改善及品质提升;

岗位要求:

1、磨料磨具、粉末冶金、金属材料科学与工程、超硬材料等相关专业硕士以上学历;

2、金刚石工具研发工作经验或主导产品研发工作3年以上,责任心强,有优秀的团队合作意识;

3、对超硬材料制品行业有较深的了解,研发专业知识扎实。

篇3：粉末冶金工程师岗位职责任职要求

粉末冶金工程师岗位职责

岗位职责:

1、针对粉末冶金工艺执行情况进行相应记录、监督与改进;

2、对重大质量问题的进行调查、原因分析,配合上级主管制定纠正和预防措施,并及时存档管理;

3、配合上级主管完成新配方的研制,根据要求完成相应实验与检测;

4、完成上级主管交代的其他事项。

岗位要求:

1、粉末冶金或材料学相关专业,1年以上相关材料方面工作经验;

2、材料学、粉末冶金方面理论知识扎实,并能按照要求独立完成实验;

3、上进、好学,有一定的钻研精神。

1、进行冶金工艺设计、编写相关技术规范;

2、对矿物冶炼生产过程中质量技术难题进行攻关,并解决生产中的出现的冶金工艺问题;3、参与冶金生产过程中的节能降耗和降本增效措施并为其提供技术支持;

4、进行金属成分分析、完成相关分析报告;

5、参与新产品研发试制,为新产品试制提供工艺服务;

6、对相关操作人员提供技术培训

任职要求:

1、本科及以上学历,冶金工程及相关专业;

2、有三年以上矿物冶炼相关工作经验,熟悉矿物冶炼工艺流程及相关工艺技术,熟悉冶炼、提纯原理及相关专业知识,能及时解决生产现场中的工艺质量问题;

3、能够熟练使用绘图软件,熟悉现代化质量管理体系;

4、具备良好的分析、判断及系统解决问题的能力;

5、从事过铅蓄电池回收者优先

?Developandimprovepyrometallurgical,thermalandconcentrationprocessesinconjunctionwithproduction,customers,externaltechnologysuppliers,JMTCandothermembersofthetechnicalteam.

?Monitorandanalysepyrometallurgicalprocessesanddata,supportingresolutionofissues.

?Utilizethermodynamicmodellingmethodstoprovidetheoreticalanalysisofpotentialprocesschangesandprocessvariationinvestigations.

?Undertakebench,pilotandplantscaleexperimentalwork

?ProvideprocessexpertisetoenableHAZOPstudiestobecarriedoutonnewprocessplantsandProcessHazardReviewsonexistingoperations.

SCOPE

Theprincipleresponsibilitiesaretwofold.Firstly,toprovidesupportintheconcept,trial,design,installationandcommissioningofimprovement,assetreplacementandnewprocesses.ThesecondistoprovidetechnicalexpertiseandsupporttotheZhangjiagangproductiondepartmentsincludingpyrometallurgical,hydrometallurgicalandevaluationprocesses.Theincumbentisexpectedtohaveexcellentcommunicationskillstoworkinamulti-disciplinedteamandwillberequiredtoanalysedataproficiently,displayfindingseffectivelyandcompletecoherentreports.

Inthecourseofperformingtheirduties,theincumbentwillneedtointerfacewithpersonnelinmaintenance,engineering,EHS,projects,commercial,supplychain,purchasingandproductiondepartments.Outsidevendorsandcontractorswillbeutilisedandmanagedbytheincumbenttocompleteprojectsasneeded.

Theincumbentwillneedtoapplyfundamentalknowledgeinpyrometallurgytoconceivenewprojectsandimprovecurrentprocesses.Astheincumbentdevelopstheirexpertiseinrefiningandtheywillbecalledupontousethisknowledgeacrossthebusiness.

ThepositionwillberequiredtoinvestigateEHSincidentsonplantinastructuredmanor,includingrootcauseanalysisandenactingimprovementplanstopreventreoccurrence.Thisincludesreportingupwardsanddelegatingtaskstoavarietyofstakeholders.
