职责描述:

1、执行公司制定的工程造价管理制度和办法,正确执行和运用定额标准,并能够及时反映有关情况;

2、负责组织编制开发项目的施工图预算;

3、参与工程招投标、合同谈判,承担预算和审查、验工计价、结算与决算工作;

4、审核设计图纸,全面掌握施工现场的进展情况,发现问题并及时上报;

5、工程款支付审核,结算管理,概预算与决算报告;

6、电气高低压预算,市政、道路或桥梁预算。

任职要求:

1、工程造价、工程管理等专业大专及以上学历;

2、3-4年及以上预算工作经验,,(需住工地)具备施工现场工作经验;

3、持有预算员上岗证者优先;

4、熟练使用相关预算软件,熟悉新材料和国内工程造价动态;

5、熟悉现行工程造价规范及操作规程;

6、责任心强,工作严谨认真,有敬业精神,能吃苦耐劳。

QC实验室主管岗位职责

职责描述:

?负责QC管理文件和检验方法的审核。

?负责QC检测数据的审核。

?负责方法验证方案、报告及数据的审核。

?负责研发方案、报告及数据的审核。

?配合产品申报相关资料和数据的审核。

?参与实验室OOS调查、偏差调查和变更控制。

?负责检测外包供应商的审计,相关文件及数据的审核。

?完成上级指定的其他工作。

任职要求:

教育背景:

本科及以上学历,生物技术相关专业。

工作经验:

1.至少3年以上大分子药物制药企业样品管理相关工作经验。

2.至少1年分析实验室技术岗位工作。

3.参与过GMP认证现场检查工作。

技能及其他要求:

1.熟悉国内外验证法律法规,尤其了解欧美、FDA验证方面的法规。

2.熟悉国内外GMP相关法律、法规、指南,如GMP、ICH指南。

3.具样品管理、ERP或LIMIS相关实操能力。

4.具备良好的团队管理能力和沟通协调能力。

5.大学英语四级。
