1.负责内容付费业务后台的整体规划及搭建,包括但不限于B端及C端运营服务等工作;

2.深入了解C端交易、运营场景,服务C端及运营上线安全性及完整性等工作;

3.深入了解B端交付、支付逻辑,规划账户体系、清结算、支付、资金管理、合法合规审计等工作;

4.对业务敏感,能够快速理解业务逻辑,有良好的沟通及技术理解力。

任职要求:

1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历;

2、5年以上平台/后台产品经理工作经验,主流ERP、CRM产品工作经验者优先;

3、具备良好的需求分析和产品设计能力和逻辑思考能力,可以完成PRD等标准产品文档撰写;

4、对数据敏感,具备良好的数据分析能力,能够对自有产品提出整改计划;

5、优秀的沟通协作和项目管理能力,能够在复杂环境下灵活调整、强力执行,有较好的抗压力
