产品营运总监岗位职责

岗位职责:

1、制定年度经营目标,根据公司业务发展方向制定运营策略、阶段性目标、方案和计划并组织执行;

2、全面负责公司旅游业务运营、推广与管理工作,提升公司价值和影响力,促进公司品牌及各项收入提升;

3、负责产品的运营维护与改进;就产品运营过程中的问题提出合理化建议和解决方案,积极改进产品,提升产品的市场竞争力;

4、提升旅游公司运营效率,有效控制经营过程中的风险;

5、负责新客户开发和跟踪,产品的开发和推广,并能很好维护新老客户关系;

6、完成领导安排的其他任务;

任职资格:

1.本科以上学历,5年以上旅游行业工作经验,三年以上同岗位工作经验,条件特别优秀的可放宽至专科学历;

2.热爱旅游行业,了解旅游市场,熟悉国家旅游相关法律法规;

3.具备丰富的旅游集团的合作经验与高端人脉,熟知旅游公司运营管理模式;

4.具备较强的计划、协调和分析判断能力,较强的沟通和社交能力;

5.工作严谨认真,耐心细致,思维清晰、责任心强、能承受较大的工作压力,适应出差;
