外协经理岗位职责
职责描述:
1、负责开发新供方,开展样品试用工作,样品试用合格的按需组织供方现场考察,对其品质体系状况(产能、设备、交期、技术、品质、售后服务能力等)的评估及认证,通过后纳入试用供方;
2、负责调研最新市场行情,积累信息库,建立估价体系,对现有供方收费标准定期核准;
3、按照公司制度规定开展投标前询价、合同后询价比价、议价或招标、价格/交付/验收谈判、定价审批,确定合作方;过程中根据需要与项目组技术人员沟通,出现异常且已经尝试无法解决的当天向直接领导文字汇报;
4、负责签订、归档采购加工合同,信息录入ERP软件;
5、负责物资过程节点跟进、进度偏离处理、超出岗位职责偏离信息反馈;
6、负责付款单打印、发票催收、货物催发、收货、报检、入库、发票入账、对账等工作;
7、负责对物资在装配调试、外场施工、交付之后产生的质量缺陷、维修需求进行解决;
8、负责供方年度合格需求整理、合格方式洽谈、合作协议签订及执行;
9、负责将采购外协启动到结束全过程节点跟进信息录入物资台账,包括但不限于合同细节信息、过程进度节点、付款条件、过程跟进信息、进度偏离及处理信息、催货、收货、报检、入库等信息;
10、完成分配的其他各项任务。
任职要求:
教育背景:本科及以上学历
培训经历:接受过物流管理、成本控制、质量安全等相关培训
经验:
1、不少于2年工作经验;
2、掌握国家有关政策、法规;
3、具备较好的沟通能力,有较强的工作责任感和事业心,原则性强;
技能技巧:
1、熟悉所负责物资的特性及质量鉴定、检查方法,熟悉本所产品结构;
2、熟悉负责物资的技术储运规程;
态度:
1、具有发现问题、解决问题的能力和塑造团队精神,有事业心和责任感,能够遵纪守法,廉洁奉公;
2、有较高的思想素质和良好的沟通能力及较强的团队意识。
