生管经理岗位职责

岗位职责:

1、负责对生管中心运营的落地执行及日常工作指导与监督;

2、负责协助生管中心总监统筹、规划公司整体产能协调;

3、组织人员进行产能负责负荷分析,完善生产计划,确保产销平?;

4、物料需求计划的审核及监管执行,组织分析各类物控数据并降低库存成本;

5、新品试产、新材料试产、产品版本升级试产、材料供应商切换试产等进度监督、协调,确保各项试产工作顺

4、对现代企业生产管理模式有系统的了解和实践经验积累;
