Qualifications:
1.Bachelor'sdegreeinchemistry,safety,engineering,environmentorequivalent;
FluencyinChinese,goodinEnglishreadingandwriting.
2.AtleasttwoyearsexperienceinaEH&Smanagementposition.
3.Familiarwithformulabasedproduction.
4.ChinaEH&Slawandregulations.
5.Strongcommunicationandinterpersonalskills.

篇2：项目经理职业健康安全职责
(1)是项目安全生产工作的第一责任人,对负责的工程项目的安全生产工作负全面责任。
(2)保证国家安全生产法规和企业安全生产规章制度在项目上贯彻落实,在编制施工计划时,必须将安全防护设备、设施的实施同时纳入计划。
(3)负责按照国家和企业的有关规定,建立和完善项目安全生产管理和责任体系,并领导其有效运行。贯彻执行企业制定的安全生产管理目标,确保项目安全管理达标。
(4)组织对项目各类人员(包括自己)进行安全思想、安全知识和安全技术教育。
(5)组织项目安全生产检查,落实安全事故隐患整改,保证生产设备、安全装置、消防设施、防护器材和急救器具等处于完好状态。
(6)建立项目应急救援组织。落实防火措施。
(7)及时报告项目发生的安全事故,负责安全事故现场保护和伤员救护工作,配合有关部门进行事故调查和处理。
(8)必须按时召开安全生产领导小组会议及项目安全生产例会,听取各方面的汇报,分析安全生产状况,定人、定措施、定时间落实各项安全生产隐患及事故地整改。详细、及时、真实地做好会议记录。
