分析业务岗位职责
工作职责:
1、负责销售目标KPI的制定、考核,及日常业绩监测等相关工作;
2、负责腾讯云用户全生命周期的运营分析,根据需求支持专项数据分析,输出决策支持报告;
3、负责云市场用户图谱分析,形成洞察,通过多维度数据挖掘为业务做决策的引导;
4、支持计费、数据平台等进行相关数据产品的规划与开发;
任职要求:
1、五年以上工作经验,有用户增长策略或用户运营数据分析经验;
2、掌握数据分析、商业分析常用方法,熟练应用数据分析及可视化工具(SQL,Tableau等);
3、较强的分析能力和文字功底,能够独立建立分析模型、进行专项汇报;
4、具有创新意识,具有较强的沟通协调能力和团队合作能力。
