产品需求分析工程师岗位职责
车联网产品需求分析工程师(0493)南京博郡新能源汽车有限公司南京博郡新能源汽车有限公司,博郡
1、分析项目、用户需求,分析竞争对手动态和市场动态,规划产品路线图,提出产品需求或改进意见;
2、负责对国内外相关产品、相关体系进行研究,提出新产品建设思路和方向;
3、协助产品经理,进行业务产品功能的概念设计和原型展示,协调市场、开发、运营、推广、管理等团队确立产品方案;
4、配合项目组跟踪产品开发进度,完成产品的开发、测试、版本管理,评审发布,产品上线等相关工作;
5、配合业务板块,协同制定产品的营销推广方案,并参与和推动产品的实施推广;
6、对产品需求进行版本管理,产品上线后改进等相关工作;
7、协助产品经理,分析产品运营数据,对产品质量和可用性负责,快速迭代,不断更新完善产品,提升产品的用户体验。
岗位要求:
1、大学本科及以上学历;
2、对工作充满激情,具有强烈的创新精神,富于责任心,能承受工作压力;
3、思路清晰,较强的表达能力,良好的沟通和项目协调能力,善于协调资源推动项目进展;

系统需求分析师岗位要求:
1、本科及以上学历,计算机类相关专业;
2、5年及以上生产制造企业MES/PLM系统需求分析、开发经验,熟悉主流需求分析方法;
3、熟悉计算机硬件管理(例如:windows服务器、linux的服务器),能够做基本的配置,对各类读码设备有很好的了解;
4、熟悉Oracle或SQLServer数据库管理与配置,精通PL/SQL语言;
5、精通.Net或者Java等至少一种开发语言;
6、熟悉项目管理的过程方法。
7、有开背景
