工作职责:
?收集数据和准备各种往来函件,报告和使用适合的软件设备展示产品服务。收集维护销售部所有的电子和纸质文件。
?合作协议的拟订,商务合约的起草。
?管理总监的日程,按照要求协助差旅预订,会议安排等。
?按照要求准备,参与和支持各类展会,学术会等。
?与各区域销售负责人及其他合作部门协调联络。
?销售部门数据收集,分析,整理。协助总监进行部门管理。
?不定期与美国总部沟通。
?按照要求履行行政秘书职责,包括但不限于:会见招待来访客户,管理文件(纸质和电子),准备和撰写往来信件,处理文件,差旅协助支持,提供会议安排支持,商务文件的准备等。
?执行上级安排的其他工作。
任职要求:
-五年以上的高级行政销售助理经验。良好的英文水平。
-能够有效地使用微软办公程序,包括Word,Excel,PowerPoint和Outlook.
-员工需要注重细节和有效的处理多元化的工作。
-有组织的,及时的处理工作中产生的意外情况。及时有效地和团队成员以及主管沟通,精确专业的处理日常事务。另外,要求不断提升自己的知识和能力。
-有医疗行业特别是医疗器械从业经验优先。工作职责:

工作职责:
1.及时准确地完成分公司薪酬福利日常的审核和发放工作
2.保持与分公司经理、人事的良好沟通,及时提供人力资源专业的支持与协助
