工作职责:
1.及时准确地完成分公司薪酬福利日常的审核和发放工作
2.保持与分公司经理、人事的良好沟通,及时提供人力资源专业的支持与协助

4.负责员工关系工作,解决员工投诉和劳资纠纷等(重点)

任职资格:
1、本科或以上学历,人力资源,法律及管理相关专业者优先,曾工作在劳动与社会保障局者优先。
2、5年或以上外资企业HR相关工作经验。
3、熟悉相关劳动法律法规,掌握劳动关系管理知识;
4、熟练操作Excel等办公软件及办公自动化设备。
5、良好的沟通能力,及客户服务意识;责任心强。
