Qualifications&Requirements(任职资格与要求):

1.BachelorDegreeorabove,majorinHumanResourceManagementorEnglishispreferred.

2.Above3yearsworkexperienceinHR,training,recruitingrelatedexperienceinmultinationalcompaniesispreferred.

3.Excellentinterpersonalskills,communicationskillandpresentationskill,Englishspeakingisrequired.

4.Downtoearth,responsiveandactionoriented.

5.Self-motivatedwithgoodteamspirit.

职责描述:

?工艺验证,工艺实施(如文件核对及发放,工人培训等)

?协助工程师进行工时研究以及工程更改实施

?配合工装设计,样线制作,标签制作,主板制作,复制工装板,工时计算,BOM制作,卡片制作,leanform单制作

?跟踪工艺实施情况,并及时发现和解决问题
