MarketsSales-金融市场处副经理?参与制定各分行资金业务利润目标,指导营销策略,并落实业务指标的完成;

?参与制定部门预算及战略规划;

?开拓并维护客户关系,提升客户满意度;

?协助总经理协调本部门与母行、分行、其他部门的工作与关系,促进本部门业务平稳推进;

?协助分行拓展和维护与重点企业客户的关系;

?参与制定代客业务营销策略及KPI并跟进业务进展;

?指导跟进重点客户及潜在客户业务;

?协助总经理落实完善资金业务操作规程;

?参与管理并协调日常业务顺利开展;

?参与督促区域销售的工作质量;

?参与各种营销、路演及培训活动;

?协助总经理管理本币业务的合法、合规性;

?熟悉掌握并按照银行操作规程开展业务,确保操作的准确性和效率;

?确保相关流程顺畅及业务信息在部门内部的透明化、对外业务信息的保密。与团队内部同事的备岗的交接,及时更新有关的数据和流程,保障营运安全;

?在金融市场业务的开展过程中,确保业务的合规性,尽职尽责避免操作风险,维护银行的利益并将之最大化;

?配合监管或审计、合规部门的业务检查和管理,在合规的前提下与监管与外部机构进行良好沟通。

工作内容:

a)负责芯片或IP的验证相关工作;

b)验证环境和相关脚本的开发和维护;

2.岗位需求:

a)硕士学历,3到5年工作经验;

b)精通systemverilog和uvm验证方法学;
